Cogs Gunmen
Gunmen are exactly as they sound. Lawnmowers for infantry. They are equipped with a quantum MG and put out some heavy anti infantry firepower. They have high mobility as well letting them jump over obstacles in order to line up the perfect shot.
With an armour of 11 the gunmen can ignore all but the heaviest of infantry weapons this makes them ideal for going after point holding units that aren’t backed up with some heavy firepower. The Quantum MG has a strength of 7 which in a pinch will damage moderately armoured targets like Firetoads and other type 3 infantry.
Like all Cogs infantry they can have up to 3 heroes added to their unit to increase its firepower and its survivability. This can turn a decent unit into a monster that could take many hits to take down.
Snipers and anti afv weapons work well against these guys as they can have 3 medic heroes added to their unit. Even then infantry will think long and hard before moving into their line of fire.
