I haven’t been posting much lately as I’ve been hard at work on the infinity army builder Infinity Pool. Its in beta now and coming along nicely. If anyone plays infinity why not check it out!
Feedback is always appreciated.
The bulk of the work is done now so you can expect more frequent AT-43 related posts in the coming days.

Belisarius on the at-43 forums posted some great pictures of rackhams booth at salon du jeu de société de Paris. Lots of great shots of the Cogs and the Dotch Yaga in action. some great terrain on display there as well.

The new starter sets that are being released in June have some tremendous value. For $70 USD MSRP you get a complete 2000 point army that is ready to play out of the box. No need to paint, no need to assemble, just open the box and play. This is a starting force that is based around the Red Blok starter that will give you some more tactical options at 2k points but also let you field a nice 3k point army.

The nice thing about Therians in AT43 is that they can fight from any range. The following list is ranged based that takes lots of nucleus guns and doesn’t need to get close to the target in order to lay down the punishment. Babylon Zero will be doing a lot of the heavy lifting, and the Assault Medusas will be there to force your opponent to waste heavy weapons shots, hopefully diverting some away from Babs. read the rest of the article »

GenCol is a nasty Red Blok list in AT43. It gives the ability to field more than one hero of the same type in one army. The obvious use of this is a double URod scenario. This list takes advantage of using two URods, eliminating the need for a mechanic unit and giving this list tremendous staying power when hunkered down on an objective. read the rest of the article »

Flux is a fun Karman list to play. In AT43 there are only two lists that let AFVs control points. Red Blok Frontline and Karman Flux. These lists open up a some great tactical opportunities as you can now park a long range AFV on an RP point and get your reinforcements in earlier. This list will play exactly like that, Use your mobility to grab RP and VP points turn 1 and unleash some other nastiness at your opponent. read the rest of the article »

M.ind in AT43 is a devastating list to run. Not only do you have access to lots of AFVs but they are able to repair each other every turn. A unit of 3 Firetoads for instance can repair 3 damage a turn. The only hope your opponent has is to completely destroy an afv before it has a chance to repair. read the rest of the article »

Laser designation in AT43 now affects the entire unit that gets lased. This means that if you tag 1 guy from a unit you can place your indirect fire template wherever you want on top of that unit. This was changed from before where only the targets that could be seen at lasing time were able to be targeted by indirect fire weapons. See the ruling here.
